At the prime time 7.30 pm Zee Kannada is coming up with ‘Sriman Srimathi’ a comedy television serial from 23rd of November. One of the senior cinema editors Jony Harsha is producing the comedy television serial. He is roping in his friends from cinema for technical division. Manikanth Khadri has scored title song and providing background music, AP Arjun penned title song for the film. The purpose behind Johny Harsha to come to television production is to give top quality. He is using Red Epic, going in for DI and taking higher end equipments for shooting.


Zee has not given a sit com so far and here in this ‘Sriman Srimathi’ we have two pairs – one is from village to city and other one is from is from town to city. It is funny and entertaining.


We have intentions to continue 1000 plus episodes say Zee TV program head Raghavendra Hunsur. There is no vulgarity and stomach full of laugh. It is Monday to Saturday half an hour program. In the coming months we have sequel with Ramesh Aravind and Sarigama for seniors informed Raghavendra Hunsur. The hairline for the comedy show is derived from ‘Beebi Ghar Mein Hein’.


Prithviraj Kulkarni with good experience in Final Cut Productions is handling direction. ‘Magu Hutsodu Easy, Nagu Hutsodu Kashta’ is the situation for the team. Prithviraj feels it is on the basis of ‘Men will be Men’.


Bhasker Ninasam, Jayasheela, Anusha, Lokesh Basavatti, Rghavendra Rai are in main characters of ‘Sriman Srimathi’.
